Sorry for the late reply @juanjosemirc:disqus, I think what you need now is a large printer device and not like the example above where you print on a small and handheld printer device. I have no experience printing a pdf file in this case.

Nothing in the world couldn’t work out any better than this product. Prints super fast! FYI, don’t expect to have the POS/esc commands in the manual because it tells you that it’s not open to the public but not like google can’t fix that.
I set this up with my phone because I use square. It was easy to sync with my phone and with the square program. If you have a small business and don’t need to worry about how much paper you are going through it is great.

We were hesitant about getting this printer since it did not have an Off switch but so far that hasn’t been an issue since the printer itself hasn’t had the same errors we’ve been experiencing with an old receipt printer we were using without much success before.

Receipt printer worked wonderfully with my Square checkout terminal and drawer that I also ordered off Amazon. I love that it’s thermal so you don’t have to purchase ink. It was easy to load the paper and easy to unload. All the items you need for the printer are here on Amazon so I could have it delivered directly to my workplace.
We expanded and I just reordered the last one through Amazon. What came in was the TM-20II. Different power cord than the last one which lead to some wiring problems but overall a much faster printer!!!

Ok, so I guess the “ii” is the newer model and so it makes sense (I guess) that it would be backward compatible with the “i” which you listed, BUT you also list the Star Micronics TSP143iiiLAN which when clicked shows the Star Micronics TSP143iiLAN, so now we should assume that OLDER generation models should also work when you list the newer generation one?
why is the mPOP having some many issues with PayPal? so slow, sometimes will take printer offline, everything is so messed up so often, it’s useless! yet it is supposed to be compatible! I have a iPad and am using PayPal Here. it’s too sporadicly working to be useful. Am I doing something wrong? please help.
As Tom DeSimone wrote in his PayPal Here review for Merchant Mavericks, the app features credit card recognition software that allows merchants to accept a credit card payment by taking a picture of the card with their smartphone. This comes in handy when you’ve forgotten your card reader or need to process an impromptu payment.
Like I said the only issue im having which is not the printers fault is me utilizing the ESC/POS commands but I was having that issue with my other printer simply because I don’t program in C# and VB.Net(ALTHOUGH IT HAS SOME SAMPLES FOR VB6 FOR THOSE WHO STILL USE VB6!!)

Suspecting it was an odd character/encoding issue in your software, I have tried simply typing plain text without any special characters that could trigger an encoding issue and have had very mixed results. Sometimes it will print alright, at other times it will spit out garbled text.
Why is my comment being removed after posting? Are they being held for moderation? I haven’t said anything incorrect (or even remotely bad), but am just commenting on the issues with your support document with tips to improve it.
